Miyabi by Zwilling knives: Japanese crafsmanship and German reliability

Ultimate sharpness, irresistible design and perfect ergonomics. It is exactly this combination that makes the Miyabi knives of such high quality. These knives are the ultimate combination of German reliability and traditional Japanese craftsmanship. The knives are made in Seki, the knife capital of Japan. The blades are of a very high HRC hardness. The combination of the hardness of the steel and an extremely thin cutting edge ensures the ultimate sharpness. It'll be hard to find kitchen knives that are delivered as sharp as the Miyabi knives.

Miyabi by Zwilling product types

Of course, Miyabi's range includes the kinds of knives you'd expect from Japanese knives: specialized knives like shotohs or sujihikis, but also the more widely-known gyutos and santokus. What these knives all have in common is their impressive cutting edges. The cutting resistance is truly minimal. That's why it's such a pleasure to use Miyabi knives. Both amateur chefs and professional users will enjoy these knives for years to come.

Miyabi accessories

In addition to their excellent kitchen knives, Miyabi's range also includes accessories. For example, knife blocks and cutting boards, or Miyabi sharpening stones to keep your knives razor sharp. Miyabi accessories are of the same high quality as their knives.

History of Miyabi by Zwilling

In 2004, Zwilling J.A. Henckels bought a knife factory in Seki City, Japan. The well-known Solinger manufacturer of kitchen knives decided to create a new brand: Miyabi by Zwilling. These knives are the ultimate combination of German reliability and traditional Japanese craftsmanship. These premium knives are sold at Knivesandtools since 2010. Miyabi is among the top kitchen brands within our product range.
