The Miyabi 5000MCD shotoh 13 cm comes from the Zwilling J. A. Henckels factory in Seki, Japan. Striking are the ergonomically shaped handle with Masur birch D-shape and the beautiful drawing of damask steel on the blade.

Gorgeous knife. Very sharp out of the box. Mine came slighthly bent towards the tip. I suspect it is caused because of the packaging. Nothing that cannot be fixed by hand though.
