The Shapton RockStar 60507 ultrafine, J6000 grit, 2 micron, sharpening stone is an ultrafine sharpening stone from the Shapton RockStar series. These sharpening stones are made of high-quality white aluminium oxide. This is a synthetic, ceramic material that is incredibly tough, and can accurately be produced in an exact grain size. The result? Very consistent sharpening results! This 6000-grit sharpening stone is a polishing stone that will help you make your knives razor-sharp.
