The Shapton RockStar 60306 fine, J2000 grit, 6 micron, sharpening stone is a fine sharpening stone from the Shapton RockStar series. These sharpening stones are made of high-quality white aluminium oxide. This is a synthetic, ceramic material that is incredibly tough, and can accurately be produced in an exact grain size. The result? Very consistent sharpening results! Use this fine sharpening stone to sharpen a relatively sharp knife and to maintain that sharpness.
