The **Rough Ryder Sowbelly** is a cool, traditional pocket knife. This knife is enhanced with three blades: clippoint, sheepsfoot and speypoint. All traditional shapes that perfectly fit a pocket knife such as this. You open both with two hands and a slipjoint prevents unintentional closing, even though it won't completely lock the blades. As such you can legally carry this pocket knife in many places in Europe.

## 440A steel

440A is a fine, popular type of steel. It is corrosion resistant and easy to sharpen. It won't retain its sharpness for a really long time, but this is compensated by the fact that 440A is quite tough and easy to sharpen. This means you only occasionally have to maintain it a little to make sure you always keep a sharp knife close.

## High Plains handle

The handle is made from High Plains bone This is cow bone that is enhanced with a texture and then coloured. This material has been used for over 100 years for knife handles and has become a *traditional* on its own. Bone, of course, is a natural material. As such small differences in terms of colour and shape, or any other small imperfections may occur. In this case the texture might remind you of the rolling hills in the landscape of the high plains in the United States.

Dit is gewoon een geweldig mes, erg efficient in typisch allerdaags gebruik. de mooie looks gaat goed bij zowel een werk pak en vieze kleding, als een strak pak met een mooie stropdas. doordat dit mes drie lemmets heeft, zou je die alle drie voor iets anders kunnen gebruiken.
ook vond ik dat het sheepsfoot blade erg goed is voor het snijden en carven van hout. ze komen zoals gewoonlijk met rough ryder vlijmscherp aan, en kunnen de strijd al gelijk goed aanpakken.
