New in the assortment: Pulltex wine accessories

Pulltex has been newly added to our assortment! Pulltex makes and sells wine accessories worldwide for lovers of good food and drink. It started as a small family business in measuring instruments but now focuses entirely on producing wine accessories. Their headquarters are located in Barcelona. In the assortment, you will find both traditional and innovative wine accessories such as corkscrews, sommelier knives and champagne sabres.

Pulltex Pulltap’s waiter’s corkscrew

The Pulltex Pulltap’s is the most popular waiter’s knife from Pulltex. Thanks to the double lever of this corkscrew, you can remove corks in two steps to reduce the chance of breaking the cork. The Pulltex Pulltap’s corkscrews also include a capsule cutter. The Pulltex Pulltap’s comes in the Classic, Colour, Cordoba and Toledo versions.

Pulltex champagne sabre

Pulltex also has champagne sabres in their assortment. With a Pulltex champagne sabre, you can effortlessly sabre a bottle of champagne. Sabring involves striking off the cork and the top part of the champagne bottle. It is a display of style and an act that gives an ultimate thrill. With an elegant champagne sabre from Pulltex, you are sure to impress your guests.

History of Pulltex

Pulltex was founded in 1985 by A. Dordella in Barcelona, originally under the name TEX. The company first made measuring instruments for industrial cooling and heating equipment, such as room thermometers and hygrometers for warehouses. Later, they expanded to wine thermometers and other wine accessories, such as alcohol meters, distillers, stoppers and corkscrews. In the early 1990s, Pulltex included the first double lever corkscrew from inventor R. Brucart in their collection. This completed their range of wine accessories, and they changed their name to Pulltex. The Pulltap’s corkscrew quickly became the favorite of wine professionals worldwide. Between 2000 and 2010, Pulltex opened offices in Italy and France, allowing them to operate directly in those countries. They also built a global network of distributors and agents. In 2020, Pulltex began focusing on sustainability and the environment. They developed new, environmentally friendly packaging and products.
