The **Viper Belone Dark Matter Carbon Fiber** is a practical and fancy EDC pocket knife, designed by Jesper Voxnaes. For this design he became inspired by the classic knives that were used in the south of Europe by fishermen. They never left home without a pocket knife. Keeping that thought in mind Voxnaes designed this pocket knife.

Striking about the Viper Belone is the classic shape of the blade. It might remind you of the ancient Pattada and Navaja knives that were used in Italy and Spain. You quickly open the knife with the subtle flipper. When closed you will hardly notice the flipper, but it is easy to use because of the grip serrations. Once opened the flipper completely disappears. 

The blade is made from Böhler M390. This is an Austrian type of super steel that retains its sharpness for a very long time. In addition, M390 is very corrosion resistant. It's the perfect choice for daily use and one of the most popular types of steel on the market.

The handle is made from titanium liners with Dark Matter carbon fibre scales on top. Light-weight and incredibly fancy. In addition, because of its slim profile you will hardly notice it in your pocket. Because of the subtle deep-carry pocket clip it will really disappear in your pocket.

The Italian type and finish from Viper definitely finish this design. The spine of the blade and the backspacer are neatly rounded and the contrasting finishes of the materials completely finish the Belone.
