Tramontina Churrasco Jumbo steak knives can tackle any type of barbecued meat. The blade is made from stainless steel and the handles are made from wood. Stainless steel rivets make sure the scales stay in place. The wood is modified and dishwasher proof according to the supplier. We do, however, not recommend putting these knives in your dishwasher.
