Full description
The Spyderco Tasman Salt 2 is a practical pocket knife for everyone who works or recreates in maritime surroundings. The blade is, after all, completely stainless. That is because it is made from H1-steel, a type of steel in which all carbon has been replaced by nitrogen. The result is a guaranteed stainless type of knife steel that retains its sharpness well.

Lovely little knife which I purposely purchased as a emergency knife for kayaking. Hopefully the H1 stainless blade will hold up well in a marine environment. I have read a few reviews and all have been very good on the spyderco knives salt series. Also thank you knives and tools.co.uk for the prompt delivery very pleased with product and will certainly recommend you to other people.

The knife is of a high quality. Order turned around and delivered quickly. I’ve purchased this as a safety knife for sailing so hope to not need to use it in anger to cut a line! However other reviews I’ve seen tell me this knife stands up to salt water abuse brilliantly.
