The **Rick Hinderer Spiral Investigator Pen** is a slim tactical pen, designed by knife maker Rick Hinderer. With a total length of only 11.1 cm and a diameter of 9.4 mm this pen won't stand out in your chest pocket. The subtle pocket clip will keep the pen in place, without being noticed. Hinderer selected a Fisher Space pen refill as the refill. This Spiral version has a spiral-shaped pattern on the side. That is the only difference with the normal Investigator pens. 

The cap is attached with a screw thread. The back of the pen is also enhanced with these coarse threads. When you write you add the cap to the back. The side of the pen has been enhanced with massive grooves. These grooves supply you with a lot of grip. As befits a real Hinderer this pen has a modular construction. Different parts are therefore interchangeable.
