The **Pohl Force Compact One** is a robust tactical knife in a compact format. Made for professional use, designed by Dietmar Pohl. What immediately stands out about the Compact One is the Bowie blade. It is relatively large in contrast to the small three-finger handle. As a result, the Compact One offers a lot of knife for its small size. 

The full-tang blade is made from D2 steel. This is a tough steel with good sharpness retention. Very good, even! However, do make sure to clean it after peeling an apple: D2 is not completely stainless. The handle is made from sturdy G10. There is also a finger guard to make sure your fingers are safe during use. The finger grooves in the handle offer plenty of grip. Your thumb rests comfortably on the designated support point on the top of the blade. 

The handle is constructed with the 'hollow' screws that are such a recognizable feature of Pohl Force's work. You can easily tighten these with a coin, so you don't need any special tools out in the field. The holes in the screws also allow you to pull a piece of paracord through. You can then turn your knife into a spear, for instance. 

The sheath is made from robust and lightweight kydex. This sheath has a Tac-Clip. This is a handy adjustable belt clip. It allows you to easily carry the knife on your belt in different ways. Think diagonally, vertically and horizontally. (Max. belt width 5.5 cm)
