The Munetoshi Nashiji Black Petty 15 cm is a stylish, slim Japanese kitchen knife. Petty means 'small' in Japanese, and is the Japanese version of the famous paring knife. This type of kitchen knife is made for smaller cutting tasks. Like peeling a piece of fruit or for detailed cutting tasks. Tasks for which you don't want to use a large kitchen knife.

Knife is good ,but is get rust very fast even when am sharp it leave rust spots on wet stones. But in rest is good ,it takes very good sharpness.

As my third Munetoshi knife, it's no surprise that this is excellent and suits me very well. The main effort was put into making a blade that performs beautifully, is easy to maintain, and feels good in hand. Nothing fancy here - except expert craftsmanship. Knives and Tools was excellent to deal with, providing a great product at a great price, delivered quickly and reasonably.
