Really nice knife for the price. Has good feel and is sharp and well made. The handle doesn't feel as good as a wooden handle but feels strong. Good enough for professional cooking. Not as good as a shun.

I use this knife every day and it more than meets my expectations of a quality chef's knife. It features in many of my cookery videos. It is beautifully balanced and holds a good sharp edge. Its tough stainless blade has the perfect balance of flexibility and hardness, while being easy to clean and maintain. I can also highly recommend the laser etching service, which produces a crystal clear design on the blade. Laser etched knives make excellent personal or professional gifts.
