The Kai Seki Magoroku 1000/4000 grit is a high-quality double-sided Japanese sharpening stone to give your knives their razor-sharp edge back, and to maintain this sharp edge. The sharpening stone is made from aluminium oxide with a J1000 grit size, and J4000 on the ohter side. Perfect to sharpen your relatively blunt knife back to medium sharpness before you make it sharp as a razor once more.
