You open the Gerber Wingtip with two hands. When opened a slipjoint takes care of resistance against unintentional closing. And yet it won't completely block. As such you can legally carry the Gerber Wingtip in many places. Especially also because of its 6.0 cm long blade the Wingtip looks like a friendly knife.
