The **Gerber Ceviche** is a filleting knife for on the road. A simple but effective knife that can handle anything: from a fish in the pan to a large pikeperch. Freshly caught and quickly to your plate.

The Ceviche is enhanced with a fine handle with good texture. Great when your hands are wet. The blade is enhanced with a special Salt Rx coating. As such it is more corrosion resistant. As such it can effortlessly handle both fresh and saltwater fish. The knife comes with a plastic sheath. It is nicely ventilated and therefore easy to clean.
