Full description
The polish tape of Edge Pro is used in the final step of the sharpening process to polish the fold of your knife until it is smooth as glass. The tape is connected to the special aluminium or ultra-smooth glass mounting plates. You can keep using the tapes as long as they are operative. Even if you accidently damage the tape once with your (sharp!) knife it can normally still be used.
