Resin bond diamond stone, grit 2300, to use in a Edge Pro sharpening system. 

The Edge Pro polishing stones are used during the last step of the sharpening process to polish the edge of your knife.


Compared to the polishing tapes the polishing stone leaves a more mirrored finish, according to the manufacturer. In addition, the polishing stone will last longer than a set of polishing tapes.


You can clean the stone with some water and mild detergent and clean paper towels. To lap the stone you need sandpaper with grain 320 or 600 and a little water.

Pas satisfait du résultat final des pierres du TsProf Blitz, j'ai pris ces pierres Edge Pro Matrix qui s'installe sans problème et qui me donnent un tranchant rasoir miroir comme je le souhaite, ces Matrix ne sont pas un complément au pierres Blitz, car elles n'ont pas la même épaisseur, certes 5 fois plus chère, mais de très grande qualité pour tous les aciers poudrés, bien les mouiller pendant l'utilisation, après la 1100, cette 2300 donne un beau tranchant miroir final.
