## Due Cigni 1896 blade

## Due Cigni Cookout 1896 handle

The handle is made from black POM. A rock-solid and sustainable plastic that can handle heat, water, acids and demanding use. Great for use in the kitchen. The handle is traditionally, and of course seamlessly, riveted to the blade with three rivets. As such no dirt can accumulate in between the blade and the handle. Despite the fact that it is a strong handle material we still recommend cleaning it by hand. The dishwasher could dull the plastic in the long run, and it could even tear.

## Due Cigni 1896 collection

The kitchen knives from the Due Cigni 1896 collection were designed by Oreste Frati. In addition to being the owner of Fox Knives, he is a gifted designer. For the design of these knives, he looked at the design of classic European chef's knives. . You can tell he made it entirely his own, looking at the flowing lines of the walnut wood handle.
