The DMT Diamond Sharpening Steel DS4F is an extra-large sharpening steel to quickly sharpen your blunt knives. That extra length is great if you need to sharpen large kitchen knives. The sharpening steel has a diameter of 10 mm. The cap on the tip of the sharpening steel ensures that, as you sharpen your knife, you can put the sharpening steel on your countertop without it slipping.
