This de Buyer Alchimy 3608.28 wok 28 cm, 3L is a practical wok from de Buyer's Alchimy range. The wok comes from China. Characterizing about the wok is that it heats up quickly. To make sure the ingredients don't burn you need to keep them moving. You do so by shaking the food and lifting the pan from the heat source. Thanks to the round shape of the pan and the high edge you can easily shake the food. The Alchimy wok offers excellent and even heat distribution. The pan is practical to use, oven-proof and features sturdy, ergonomic handles that stay cool while cooking.
