Expectations
Light weight and fast in the hand , ideal for self defence . With a thickness of 5 mm it should be good for light wood splitting . Hollow ground it came sharp out of the box , and should excell at slicing tasks . At 7 ins. long, the blade is a bit too big for every day carry . However , it should make a good pack knife , for camping , bug out bag and get home bag also it's ideal for home defence . Finally, SK5 steel is similar to 1095 and should therefore handle shock well as that type of steel is very hard wearing.
