The **Chris Reeve Inkosi Large MagnaCut Tanto, Plain, Glass Blasted** is a high-end pocket knife, designed by knifemaker Chris Reeve. Inkosi means *Chief* in Zulu. This is the newer incarnation of the famous Sebenza 25 model, though it has its own features. It features the same oversized pivot, as well as the extra finger cut-out in the handle. Like with the Sebenza 25, the stand-off and the lanyard pin function as one at the back of the handle. 

The thumb stud on both sides of the blade is another shared feature. The blade is 8% thicker than that of the Sebenza 25 and has a *large hollow grind*. This means the blade will last even longer after sharpening, without sacrificing strength. As is common for high-end pocket knives, Chris Reeve enhanced the Inkosi with a ceramic detent ball.

The real differences, however, can be found in the gigantic oversized washers. They only just fit inside the handle, that's how big they are. This, combined with the thick pivot, ensures that the blade moves smoothly. The washer on the lockside has an angular cut-out to make sure the lockbar can pass it. Because there is a protrusion on the washers towards the stop pin they cannot rotate. This stop pin is even stronger than the one on the Sebenza 25. The pocket clip is also turned a couple of degrees so that it falls on the frame and not on the lockbar. The jimping has been milled in a beautiful alternating pattern. Like all Chris Reeve knives, the Chris Reeve Inkosi is razor-sharp upon delivery.

The Chris Reeve Inkosi comes with a set of Allen keys, fluorinated grease and loctite 222MS.
