This **BeaverCraft Knife Making Kit BSHKIT4** is a kit for making your own robust bushcraft knife. The droppoint blade is perfect for bushcraft tasks such as wood working.

## Blade made from 1066 carbon steel

The blade is made from 1066 carbon steel. A simple type of steel that is easy to sharpen. Carbon steel is not entirely stainless, but its cutting capabilities are excellent. Be careful around acids and moisture. BeaverCraft did enhance the knife with an oxide-coating to protect the carbon steel from external influences.

## BeaverCraft BSH4 handle

This set includes 3 pins to attach scales. The sky is the limit, and you can choose any handle material you like best and make that in your preferred handle shape. 

The BeaverCraft BSH4 Kit comes with a leather sheath, with belt loop and dangler. The dangler enables you to carry the sheath even lower on your belt, making it stick out from under your coat. As such the sheath can also easily pivot in relation to your belt.
