These stunning **Amefa Austin 1410 teaspoons** look luxurious thanks to the champagne colour. They are made from 18/0 stainless steel and enhanced with a thin PVD titanium coating. The length of the teaspoons is 12 cm.

## 18/0 stainless steel.

The cutlery is made from 18/0 steel. The name refers to the percentage of steel and nickel. In this case it concerns 18% steel and 0% nickel. Because of this composition the cutlery is highly resistant to corrosion. Yes, this is stainless steel. As such the cutlery is dishwasher proof. Do you want to make sure it will stay in great shape for a long time? Wash it by hand! As such you make sure the colour and shine stays intact. If you do want to put the cutlery in the dishwasher, make sure you avoid aggressive detergents. These can damage the cutlery. We also recommend using a program with a temperature of 40˚C or less.

## Colour because of the PVD layer

The colour of this Amefa set stands out. It is the result of the thin titanium coating: a PVD layer. PVD stands for Physical Vapor Deposition. A complicated process through evaporation creates a top layer on the cutlery. That top layer is incredibly thin, but very strong.
