This **Zwilling Twin Grip turning knife** is incredibly practical for daily use. This relatively light-weight knife is made from top-quality materials. The plastic handle is ergonomically shaped and seamlessly merges with the blade. As such bacteria cannot accumulate underneath the handle, making these knives incredibly hygienic.


The blade is made from ice-hardened Friodur steel. During this process the steel is heated in 4 stages to 1000°C and cooled to-70 °C. Zwilling perfected this technique, and guarantees optimum sharpness, sustainability, elasticity and corrosion resistance.


After the hardening process the blade is sharpened in five steps. The result is a perfectly sharpened knife. The crop of the knife does not extend to the edge of the blade to make sure you can easily sharpen it on a sharpening stone.


Thanks to the seamless construction and the materials used, knives from the Zwilling Twin Grip collection are dishwasher proof. We do, however, recommend washing them by hand because the detergent in a dishwasher can affect the knives in the long run.

Dikke braam op snijvlak op alle drie de mesjes. Afkeur partij opgekocht? Zelf maar gewet. Geen controle? Andere destijds was wel goed geslepen.

Liegt sehr gut in der Hand, die Klinge ist etwas zu dünn und biegsam für die Länge, habe es vorne um ca. 10 mm gekürzt, jetzt ist es perfekt.
