The **Rough Ryder Lockback** is a small and cool pocket knife, with a classic hunting knife style. Perfect as a gentleman's knife for daily use. This is a stylish knife that won't intimidate anyone but will come in handy. You open it with two hands and when opened the blade is locked by a solid backlock.

## VG10 blade

VG10 is a popular type of steel from Japan. It is stainless and easy to sharpen. It retains its sharpness for a long time and can handle its own. As such it is not surprising at all that it is a popular type of steel.

## Aluminium handle

The handle is made from aluminium, solid and lightweight. A bolster was milled into the aluminium. This bolster is enhanced with a blue colour. The rest of the handle is enhanced with a black colour. As such the whole looks very modern.

Like Theodore Roosevelt's Rough Ryders these knives were named after, these knives are ready to be used. The prices are very appealing. Of course this means you sometimes need to compromise which means that occasionally you could find there to be something wrong with the finish. Nothing major, and definitely in line with the prices. In case of natural materials such as wood, bone and horn it is possible to end up with small scratches around the pins. It is simply a part of the deal in this price range.

Pequeña, corta espectacularmente. Pesa poco, seguro muy bueno. Eso sí, en la mano, la primera impresión no es muy buena. 
No es elegante, pero tremendamente últil pese al tamaño.

Für das Geld sind Qualität/Materialien sehr gut. Top-Verarbeitung habe ich allerdings nicht erwartet.Erstaunlicherweise ist die Kling eingeklappt mittig.

Een van mijn beste aankopen de laatste tijd. Waarschijnlijk had ik niet goed gekeken maar ik ben prettig verrast door de holslijping. Staat met stip in de top van mijn favorieten voor edc roulatie. Voor deze prijs echt een overal-goed-voor mesje. Van fetherstickjes voor de bbq tot appeltje schillen. Het VG10 blijft al dagen prima scherp.
