The Robert Herder mill knife is the most popular peeling knife there is. The blade is made of very thin ground carbon steel. This makes the knife very sharp and cuts very fine. However, this carbon steel is not stainless and needs some attention. It needs to be cleaned immediately after use. Perhaps even more important is the direct drying of the knife. The knife is absolutely not dishwasher safe!

This knife is very popular in horticulture. The thin blade makes cutting hard materials such as rose stems very easy. Of course, the mill knife is also a razor-sharp aid in the kitchen. It is *the*ideal potato peeler! Honest craftsmanship Knives from Robert Herder are largely made by hand and, therefore, the knifes can have a longer delivery time. This also means that the delivery time can sometimes differ from what is indicated on our website. If it is indicated that a knife is in stock, we actually have it in stock ourselves!

De molenmesjes van Robert Herder zijn fantastisch, vlijmscherp, breed toepasbaar.
Levering door Knives and Tools verloopt gesmeerd.

Ik gebruik deze mesjes elke dag in de keuken, ook in een appartement. Ik zou gewoon niet zonder deze mesjes in de keuken kunnen. Deze mesjes snijden het best alle groenten. Gaf ze ook aan vrienden in de Elzass en in Zuid-Afrika… allen hyper tevreden. 

Hele fijne scherpe mesjes, die heel lang meegaan( als je ze niet per ongeluk weggooit). Kunnen alleen niet in vaatwasser. Geen probleem. Gauw even afspoelen en je kunt ze zo weer gebruiken.

echt scherpe mesjes , roesten een beetje maar gaan jaren mee. Super kwaliteit en vooral eindelijk scherpe mesjes na al die goedkope rommel mesjes kan je beter investeren in deze duurzame mesjes die het tenminste echt doen!
