The **QSP Knife Penguin** is a cool pocket knife with a distinctive sheepsfoot blade. What's handy about this blade shape is that you can perform very precise jobs with the tip, but you can also put your thumb on the spine of the blade to apply more pressure during more demanding tasks. It can be quickly opened with one hand thanks to the double thumb stud, and there is a liner lock to keep your fingers safe.

The blade is made from D2. This is a tough tool steel that retains its sharpness well. D2 is also fairly easy to sharpen. Do take care around moisture and acids: D2 is not as corrosion-resistant as some stainless steels. So make sure you clean and dry it after use.

The handle is made from brass, a heavy material that makes sure it feels solid in hand. Please note: brass will form a patina, which means it will change colour over time.

Great Quality! It’s far better than I expected! 

Die Bestellung kam wie von KnivesandTools gewohnt, sehr schnell an. Das Messer ist sehr scharf out of the Box, allerdings war die Erwartung an die Öffnung durch den Daumenpin etwas anders. Leider fühlt es sich sehr unangenehm an, wenn man es öfters öffnet. Aber alles in allem ein sehr schönes kleines Taschenmesser, vorallem wenn man auf Messing steht. 

Je suis conquis. Après avoir longtemps entendu parler de ces penguins, on pourrait croire que j'en attendais énormément avec de grandes chances de déchanter. Tout le contraire, un merveilleux petit EDC avec un rapport qualité prix imbattable. On en oublie le sheepfoot dont je ne suis pourtant pas un grand fan. Mention spéciale à cette version manche en cuivre qui lui donne un look incroyable.
