The **Nitecore NU43 rechargeable head torch** is a small powerhouse. A relatively lightweight head torch with a built-in 18650 battery. As such, it is a small, but very powerful light with an exceptional burn time. Perfect for long journeys where you don't have access to electricity.

The front of the casing is made from aluminium. It's not only strong and durable, it's also incredibly efficient in dissipating heat from the LED. This allows the light to function for a longer period of time at the highest light modes. Speaking of degrees, the light beam is over 100° wide! TrueVision+ Technology makes it a flood and spot beam in one. Perfect for lighting up your surroundings and objects in the distance! 

## Multiple Protection Safeguards

If the optical sensor in the front of the head torch detects an obstruction, the light automatically reduces its brightness to prevent overheating. If you tilt the head torch head up, the buttons are safely hidden behind the head torch bracket. This prevents the light from accidentally turning on in your backpack. The head torch also features a 'Lockout Mode' function. Thanks to this feature, the light will never turn on accidentally.

## How to use the Nitecore NU43

There are two push buttons on top of the head torch. One for turning on the light and adjusting the brightness. And one for switching between white and red light. Briefly press the 'mode' button to check on the status of the battery. You can easily charge the torch with the included USB-C cable. The charging port is hidden behind a rotating protective cap on the side of the head torch. The battery will be fully charged in 2 hours. You cannot replace it.

## Low centre of gravity

The bracket around the head torch was designed forto have the lowest possible centre of gravity. This significantly reduces pressure on the forehead without compromising stability and comfort. The included broad head band features a silicone strip to direct sweat to the sides of the head, preventing the head torch from sliding around. As such, this head torch is also suitable for strenuous activities such as running or mountain biking! You easily tilt the light up or down with one hand. The head of the light can be tilted up to 72°.

Perfekte Stirnlampe für mich.
Sehr hell aber dank dem ultra low Modus und dem Rotlicht trotzdem unter allen Bedingungen nützlich. Die Wasserdichte kann ich nur bestätigen, selbst kurzfristiges untertauchen hält sie problemlos stand.
Von mir aus könnte der Sensor der die Licht Stärke reguliert wenn man zu nahe an einem Gegenstand ist etwas früher reagieren aber das ist so minimal dass ich gerne darüberhinaus sehe bei all den anderen tollen Features.

Heel handig! Had ik eerder moeten kopen. Jammer van de postbestelling! Ga voortaan elders bestellen.

Als vervanger voor de "rondslinger-hoofdlamp" aangeschaft. Deze hoofdlamp vervangt de 10 jaar oude Fenix HL50. Bij de oude hoofdlamp moest ik de kleine oplaadbare cr123a altijd uit de lamp peuteren om op te laden en deze lamp met een oplaadbare battery had dan nog maar 2 ipv de 3 standen, fel en veel te fel waarbij deze erg snel warm liep.

Deze hoofdlamp lost dit allemaal op. Ik gebruik om de een of andere reden eigenlijk zo goed als dagelijks een hoofdlamp in en rond het huis. Daar is deze lamp echt helemaal top voor. 4 witte licht standen en 2 rode, Ik gebruik eigenlijk meestal alleen de laagste gewone lichtstand, meer dan voldoende licht en een heel erg prettige lichtbundel. Daarmee ook direct een mega autonomie met de ingebouwde 3400mah battery heb je echt heel veel branduren. En opladen met USB-C gaat erg makkelijk. 

Ik schreef rondslinger-hoofdlamp, dat is vrij letterlijk wat deze doet, ligt eigenlijk altijd binnen handbereik en wordt gebruikt bij van alles, van het terugvinden van een oorbel clip tot het bijvullen van de motor olie van de wagen, een blik in de kruipruimte of het onderhoud aan een E-bike. 

Door de vormgeving en het slim gebruik van Polycarbonaat met een brede hoofdband zit de hoodlamp prettig, hoek instelling werkt fijn, knopjes zijn goed terug te vinden en de spreiding in lichtstanden meer dan prima. 

Kan je eigenlijk niet mee mis gaan.

enige nadeel is wel dat de 18650 niet te wisselen is voor een thuisgebruker.
