The Kershaw Funxion EMT is a handy pocket knife with all kinds of useful functions that can come in handy in an emergency situation. As well as a partially serrated blade that can be opened with a strong spring via the flipper, this knife also has a glass breaker. This enables you to break a (car) window in an emergency. The handle also contains a large folding carabiner, cutting hook, bottle opener and a ring spanner. The blade and all folding parts are locked in the open position by a liner lock. So that you won't lose the knife, it has a deep-carry pocket clip in the tip-down position. For safety, it is not possible to open the carabiner and the knife at the same time.

Prima mes, voelt degelijk aan!
Met de flipper en opening assist knalt het mes er makkelijk eruit.
Goed scherp en draagt makkelijk in je broekzak.

Couteau de bonne qualité , pratique, et solide !!!!!!!!!!!

Ik heb dit mes nu 3-4 maanden en gebruik hem als everyday carry mes. Is van zichzelf niet heel scherp maar na een aantal keer over de slijpsteen zeer makkelijk scherp te krijgen. De glasbreker gelukkig nog niet hoeven gebruiken dus kan daar weinig over zeggen, de overige tools zijn echter wel heel handig. De gordel/touw snijder doet zijn werk goed en ook de karabijnhaak is stevig.
Met de meeste messen die ik heb ben ik wekelijks aan het slijpen om ze goed scherp te houden, dat is bij dit mes niet nodig.
Het enige "nadeel" is dat de assisted opening veel te leuk is om mee te spelen, en met een mes dat zo makkelijk scherp te krijgen is het wachten op de eerste snijwond ;p

Handvat is van plastic niet rubber zoals ik dacht.
