This Fox Mini Karambit is a compact pocket knife designed by famous Martial Arts trainer Doug Marcaida. The handle is made from G10 and offers enough grip in combination with the finger ring. The tanto blade is made from N690Co steel. This is a stainless type of steel from Austria, known for its razor-sharp qualities.

 You open the knife with the Emerson wave. This is the little hook on the spine of the blade. Because the hook on the spine of the blade gets stuck inside your pocket, the knife opens automatically.

 The karambit has its origins in south east Asia. Here it evolved from being an agricultural knife to a combat knife for one on one fights. You use a karambit by putting your index finger through the ring so that the blade is located at the bottom of your fist.

 The knife comes with a clip and screws!

Ein spezielles und zugleich hervorragendes Messer, Design vom Doug Marcaida, der Name spricht für sich.
Liegt sehr gut in der Hand und ist sehr scharf.  Die Handhabung erfordert eine gewisse Übung, aber es ist ja auch das faszinierende an dieser Art von Messern.

Een karambit dat zeer licht is en makkelijk hanteerbaar. Enig minpuntje is dat je hem niet op meerdere manieren makkelijk kunt openen zoals bij de 599 wel het geval is. Zeer scherp af fabriek geleverd.

Dit is een perfect zelfverdedings mes. In gesloten vorm kan je zowel met de ring als de achterzijde als stootwapen gebruiken. en je kan het ook als extensie van je vuist gebruiken door het uit je vuist te laten slingeren terwijl het aan je wijs vinger hangt.
In uiterste nood kan je het mes zeer snel uit je broekzak ontplooien of van uit je hand dankzij de Emmerson feature.
Dit is geen mes om dozen en andere zaken mee te snijden. Is scherp maar had scherper verwacht.
Kortom je hebt een wapen dat je zowel in open als gesloten vorm kan gebruiken.
