The **Fenix HP25R V2.0** LED head torch is great for professional use. The three LED lights will provide you with ten light modes. One LED light has a broad bream of 90 degrees, while the other has a narrow beam with a beam distance of 290 metres. The third LED light is an Everlight 2835 LED that produces red light. The low lumen output of this LED light and the colour of the light help maintain your night vision. The perforated headband with reflective strips ensures you are visible in the dark.

The head torch is built around a strong aluminium chassis that dissipates the heat well. You can rotate the head up to 60 degrees with a click mechanism. You can control the LED lights individually with two switches. By briefly pressing the button you control all three LED lights and combination modes. The HP25R V2.0 is powered by an individual battery holder that contains one 21700 battery with a power of 5000mAh. You can easily charge this battery via the USB-C port.

* The burning time of the highest light mode is calculated at the moment the lamp is switched on in the highest mode. After 2-3 minutes, the lamp automatically switches to a lower light mode due to temperature regulation.

The listed brightness is according to the ANSI / NEMA FL 1-2009 standard. This means that the values may be lower than the old specifications. Of course, this lower value has no effect on the brightness of the light. The advantage of the ANSI / NEMA FL 1-2009 standard is that the values can be compared to each other and give a realistic idea of daily practice.

**Differences with the HP25R V2.0**
* De HP25R V2.0 has 1600 lumens. Its predecessor had 1000. 
* The HP25R V2.0 contains a Luminus SST40 and a Cree XP-G3 S4 LED light. The original HP25R contained a Cree XM-L2 U2 LED and a Cree XP-G2 R5 LED. 
* You can charge the HP25R V2.0 via a USB-C port, the HP25R had a micro-USB port. 
* The HP25R V2.0 is 8 grams heavier than the HP25R.

## Prevent deeply-discharged batteries

Are you not planning to use your flashlight for a while? In that case, it's best to unscrew the tailcap (the bottom end of the handle) a few turns. This will prevent your battery from becoming too deeply discharged, which can happen if the circuit of the battery stays in contact with the flashlight without being used or recharged in the meantime.  A deeply discharged battery cannot always be revived and recharged, which would be a shame!

Do you have a flashlight with a built-in battery? Then make sure to charge your flashlight at least once every 3-4 months, even when not in use. This prevents the battery from becoming too deeply discharged, and it's also good for the lifespan of your battery!

Toplamp voldoet exact aan de weergegeven omschrijving,  snel en netjes geleverd door kniveabdtools.

Begin januari bestelde ik voor mijn zoon de : Fenix HM60R oplaadbare hoofdlamp, 1200 lumen . Bekent was toen al dat dit de uitleverdatum begin maart zou zijn. Helemaal niet erg want hij was half maart pas jarig. Half maart echter geen lamp en telefonisch contact met Knives and Tools. Het  bleek dat er ook nog geen zicht was op wanneer de uitlevering wel plaats zou gaan vinden. Medewerker gaf als optie om een andere hoofdlamp uit te zoeken. En dat is dus Fenix HP25R V2.0 oplaadbare led-hoofdlamp geworden. Wat een geweldige lamp volgens mijn zoon. Voldoet aan alle eisen die hij had voor een hoofdlamp.
Knives and Tools hartstikke bedankt voor het geweldige advies en service. Wat mij betreft een dikke Tien Plus !!!

Zeer goede 'handen vrij' werklamp, Ook bij langere tijd dragen blijft deze, wat mij betreft, zeer comfortabel. De aanpasbare hoofdband is zeer goed uitgevoerd, de bevestiging van de bedrading lijkt wat fragiel maar geeft geen problemen, blijft goed op z'n plaats zitten. Batterij heeft lange standtijd, je kan er geruime tijd mee werken. De brede LED heeft een goede kleurweergave, kan nuttig zijn bij elektriciteitswerken, is voor mij zeker een pluspunt. Over de levensduur nog niet genoeg ervaring. Tot hier toe zeer tevreden over mijn aankoop, en dus zeker aan te bevelen.

Enkele weken in gebruik en heel tevreden over. Het is ongelooflijk hoeveel licht er uit zo'n klein toestel komt.
