The **Felco 310** is a pair of harvesting shears to harvest fruit but can also be used as floral shears. Because of its limited length and rounded tip you can also easily get to work in smaller spaces. This pair of shears is enhanced with two long, narrow blades that will enable you to easily reach branches filled with fruit. The lower blade has serrations that will help you cut through a branch instead of snap it. The handle is enhanced with an eye to make sure you can easily attach the shears to your belt.

 ## Take good care of your Felco pruning shears

 We recommend you always clean the Felco shears after use. Especially if the shears are very dirty they can start to rust after exposure to moisture. For that reason it won't hurt to clean them after use and add a drop of oil. And by using oil you also make sure the hinge moves easily. A small sacrifice, especially when you realize how much pleasure the use of these shears offers. A win-win situation.

 The assembly of Felco shears is carefully done by hand in the factory in Geneveys-sur-Coffrane in Switzerland. The adjustment and packaging is even done by hand, with the same precision. As such Felco shears are delivered in perfect condition and are perfectly adjusted. And, as applies to all Felco tools, there are also 9 spare parts available to guarantee a longer life.

Vraiment un très bon sécateur, je l'utilise pour beaucoup de plantes différentes, et il est vraiment parfait.
Aussi il a un bon bras de levier pour pouvoir exercer une grande force de coupe.

Die Blumenschere liegt sehr gut in der Hand und ist scharf wie erwartet.
Und das wichtigste: Blumen- und Pflanzenkürzungen machen mit dieser Blumenschere Spaß.

I had a chinese knockoff in my hands before receiving these, and the difference is huge. Very light and sturdy, sharp and thick blades, can be disassembled, sharpened as well.

Petit bémol sur le plastique à voir dans le temps. 

Eerder kochten we al een Felco snoeischaar bij Knives & Tools. Die bevalt goed. Voor het wegknippen van uitgebloeide bloemen zochten we echter iets met rechte en wat langere messen, zodat je dieper en makkelijker in de plant kunt komen.

De Felco 310 ligt licht in de hand en heeft een wat dikker kunststof handvat. Makkelijk als je grotere handen hebt. De veer heeft genoeg kracht om de schaar te openen, maar ook niet te veel. Je hoeft niet veel kracht te zetten tijdens het knippen.

Eén mes is gekarteld. We hebben de schaar nog niet hoeven slijpen, maar weten niet hoe dat zou uitpakken. Een voordeel van het gekartelde mes is, dat je ook op grip hebt op heel dunne takjes. Dat is bij gladde messen soms lastiger.

De bouwkwaliteit is goed. Ook het vergrendelen en ontgrendelen werkt makkelijk. 

Op verhoute twijgen zou ik hem niet gebruiken, maar goed, daar heb je dan ook een snoeischaar voor.

Tot slot - en dat is persoonlijk: het eerder genoemde kunststof handvat geeft gevoelsmatig wat meer afstand van wat je doet. We kochten bij Knives & Tools ook een dergelijke schaar van een Japans merk en dat voelt directer. Die was echter ook een stuk duurder.

Al met al een prima product wat voldoet aan onze verwachtingen, Felco kwaliteit biedt en goed geprijsd is. Blij mee.
