Great knife, good value for money. It's a combination between a western and a Japanese knife, very unique design. Medium heavy in the handle. An alternative and beautiful knife. 

It's a fourth Eden knife in our kichen. I love them, they are very sharp ant sherpness lasts very long time. If i will need knife for kichen I'll buy Eden

Toll verarbeitetes Messer mit sehr gutem schnitthaltigen Stahl! Einziges Manko: Ich finde es ein bisschen schwer. Trotzdem Kaufempfehlung.

zuerst hatte ich gedacht, ein großes Messer für eine 14er klinge. doch jetzt nach täglichen gebrauch eine Wonne damit zu schneiden. wenn sich noch der schliff lange hält, dann super gut.
