The knives are a xmas present so I have not used then as yet. However the VG10 steel speaks for itself. The design is both elegant and practical. Unfortunately I cannot say if they arrived in a timely way as the package was posted through an open high window. The box fell on top of something and I didn't see it for, I don't know how long. Yes the box was in good condition but this unique way of delivery meant that I might have been on the phone complaining about not having received it before I eventually found it. However I would recommend this site as I feel the knives were good value for money and it is xmas, a busy time for people delivering. More importantly I did get it delivered and did not have to go chasing up delivery people. So an elegant present delivered in an elegant and creative way:)
