This **Buck 110 Slim EDC** is a slim, light-weight version of the famous Buck 110 Folding Hunter. This Slim 110 was designed for those who carry a knife on a daily basis. You can easily open it with one hand, and it is enhanced with a pocket clip to make sure it will always stay in place in your pocket.



The contours of the Buck 110 Slim are the same as those of the normal 110 Folding Hunter. The use of materials and the finishes, however, are different. The handle, for instance, is made from light-weight FRN. This is an extremely strong type of plastic. Quite the change when compared to the heavy brass, because the Buck 110 Slim only weighs 85 grams. The blade is made from 420HC. Simply because there is nothing wrong with it. A great type of steel, especially when it is hardened according to the BOS recipe, like this knife is. Buck, however, did change the finish. The blade on the Buck 110 Slim is enhanced with a stonewashed finish. This means that it was placed in a rotating drum filled with stones, leaving tiny scratches on the blade. So much it makes the blade look polished. As a result traces of use will hardly stand out.



You open the blade with the double thumb studs. When opened a solid backlock locks the blade. As such it will never accidentally close. The pocket clip can be placed on both sides of the handle and opening and closing the knife can easily be done by left and right-handed users. As such this knife is a real friend to all.

Très léger (on ne le sent pas dans sa poche, conception solide, pas de jeu latéral, et super design de la lame. Je l'adore. On peut l'acheter les yeux fermés.

Tolle, gewichtsmäßig abgespeckte Version des original 110ers. Zu dem Preis eine klare Kaufempfehlung. Leider in D mit dem Pin nicht gerade 42a-konform..

Excellente lame très tranchante à l’instar du 110 folding hunter original. Je le trouve un peu cher pour un manche en plastique (solide je précise) mais il fait tout de même bien le boulot. La lame finition stonewashed est très jolie, légèrement différente de l’original mais de longueur égale. Le système de blocage identique au hunter est très sécurisant. On perd le prestige du légendaire 110 ébène et laiton, mais on y gagne en légèreté. Je l’ai dans la poche depuis un bon moment et il sait se faire oublier grâce à son clip port profond. Pas déçu bien au contraire!!
