This Zwilling 32576-232 honing steel is the ideal equipment to give your knife a little extra sharpness. Before use move your knife alongside the honing steel and straighten out the burrs that emerged during previous use. Please note: a honing steel doesn't sharpen your knife, as it doesn't remove any material. Honing steels are used for minor daily maintenance of your knives.
