With this grater made of stainless steel and plastic you will turn, among other things, ginger, lemon, garlic and wasabi, into a puree that can be used in many dishes and sauces. Gember raspen met een normale rasp was een tijdrovende klus, met al die vezels die de gaten verstoppen. Een Japanse porseleinen rasp zou een oplossing kunnen zijn, maar ik zag op tegen het schoonmaken. De Triangle bleek een gouden greep: hij raspt snel en is snel schoon te maken. Voor citrusvruchten houd ik het nog even bij de Microplane…

Qualitativ macht die Reibe einen guten Eindruck. Erfordert in der Handhabung ein klein bisschen Übung, weil z.B. beim Reiben von Zitrone diese tendenziell durch die Zahnung immer etwas seitlich abgelenkt wird. Insgesamt hält die Reibe was sie verspricht. Ist aber auch nicht so sensationell, dass man sie unbedingt haben muss. Mit einer "normalen" Gewürzreibe kann man auch gut leben.
