This breakfast knife by Robert Herder is a characteristic German breakfast knife in the so-called 'Buckels' shape. The very thin blade is made of stainless steel. This is traditionally grinded very thin (' Dünnschliff '). The result is a very sharp knife, easy to maintain. Suitable for cutting e.g. bread, cheese, salami and for spreading butter on bread.
