This **Robert Herder bread and carving knife 25 cm** is meant to cut meat. But also when cutting bread this knife can come in handy.

The one-sided grind blade is enhanced with a wavy, serrated edge. The serrations are not sharp to make sure you cut the meat instead of tearing it. As such the juices are not lost and the meat will maintain its flavour. Another advantage of this curved edge is that you don't create any crumbs when cutting bread. Cutting through a crispy crust is a piece of cake with this knife.

The stainless steel blade is sharpened by hand according to the principle of the traditional 'Solinger Dünnschliff'. The result is a razor-sharp edge. The handle is made from stunning plum wood. This type of wood has a red-brown colour. The round, universal shape of the handle makes the knife easy to use.
