Opinel has become well-known for its iconic pocket knives, but you can also use these distinctive French knives in the kitchen. These kitchen knives have wooden handles. The wood is protected by a clear lacquered finish. Because of this, and thanks to the corrosion-resistant Sandvik 12C27 steel, the knives are dishwasher-safe.
