Ein optisch schönes Sommeliermesser; gefällt mir gut. Leider ist die Qualitätssicherung nicht sehr gut, denn das Messer zur Kapselentfernung weist einen deutlichen Overgrind auf. Weiterhin ist eine der beiden Griffschalen nicht bündig verschliffen. 
Aus meiner Sicht passt das nicht zu dem aufgerufenen Preisniveau.
