The GEFU Pomodoro has a serrated blade made from Japanese steel. With this knife you can easily peel tomatoes, peppers and kiwis. In an instance you can remove the skin of a tomato without boiling it first. The Japanese peeler is made from high-quality steel. The blade is slightly serrated. As such it will take no effort at all to remove the skin. The bottom blade is thin to ensure that little to no leftover food sticks to the blade.
