The ESEE Sencillo is unique in ESEE's range, being the first knife made of A2 steel. Designed by Jeff Randall, the Sencillo is ESEE's answer to the demand for a knife in a better steel than their widely used 1095 steel. The knife is just slightly larger than the ESEE Izula and just slightly smaller than the ESEE 3. The handle is very similar to the 3D handle of the ESEE 3. ESEE is famous for their no-nonsense knife designs and warranty handling. This is also where the name of the knife comes from: 'sencillo' means 'simple' in Spanish. The knife was envisioned with simplicity in mind, and this essence is beautifully reflected in its design. That's why the knife consists of a straightforward comfortable handle with a simplistic, sharp blade.
