Full description
The ESEE JG5 is a remarkable outdoor knife, designed by James Gibson. For this knife he became inspired by the famous Nessmuk knife designed by outdoor writer George Washington Sears. A pioneer when it comes to ultra-light camping and hiking. Under the pseudonym Nessmuk he wrote stories and guides about canoe trips and other (for those days) innovative trips at the end of the nineteenth century. He used a specific type of knife: the Nessmuk. This ESEE Jg5 is the 21st century incarnation of it.

A great take on the Nessmuk design which makes for an outstanding all rounder. Don't be put off by the scales, they are supremely comfortable. Esee quality, tried and tested style for a modern bushcraft knife.
