The **Due Cigni Tuscany butcher's knife** is a large, stylish carving knife. Impressive at a barbecue, but also very practical. Its long blade means that there is no spare rib, picanha or steak too big to cut into pieces. The rounded edge ensures that you can also perform precise jobs. This combination is ideal for cutting, trimming, skinning and portioning all kinds of meat. The blade is made from Nitro-B 4119 stainless steel. This is a type of steel with a high nitrogen content. It has an extremely thin microstructure and is highly resistant to corrosion. This type of steel is also easy to sharpen at home, should it lose some of its sharpness over time. 


## Due Cigni Tuscany olive wood handle

The handle is made from olive wood. This is a light wood, both in weight and colour. The dark lines provide an elegant contrast. Because of this striking wood grain, each knife is unique. It is therefore possible that the knife you see in our photos will differ slightly from the knife you receive at home. These will only be minor deviations in the pattern on the handle. The material used and the quality standard are the same for each knife. Olive wood is naturally antibacterial and water-resistant, but as with all kitchen knives that have a wooden handle, this kitchen knife is not dishwasher safe.
