The Due Cigni Cookout 1896 kengata is a stylish kitchen knife. Kengata means 'sword-like' in Japanese, referring to the sharply sloping end of the blade. Other than that, the knife can be regarded as a member of the santoku family. The Japanese version of the chef's knife. The narrow tip is ideal for finely cutting meat, fish and vegetables.
