Full description
The CRKT Odr is a practical axe developed by Ryan Johnson. In terms of design, the axe looks a lot like a 'Mattock' or pick. An ancient hand tool that is very similar to the more well-known pickaxe. The axe has a horizontal edge, instead of the common vertical edge. Not great for splitting wood, but this axe is great for turning over soil or breaking up tree roots.

I'm in the Army as a Royal Engineer and took this out with us on exercise to test out when digging shell scrapes and it works very well and feels good in the hand. Its light enough that it didn't weight my Bergen down at all and wasn't cumbersome but still served me and my mates very well
