The **Condor double bit throwing axe** has a double-sided head. Especially designed for axe throwers.

 Originally this type of axe was used by lumberjacks. They used one side for the rough work and the other for the more precise tasks. Today this axe is mostly used at throwing contests. This axe is meant to be thrown forward from behind your back over your head with two hands. Do be careful and make sure you don't hit yourself in the back.

 The Condor double bit throwing axe is made from 1075-carbon steel. An enormously shatterproof type of steel that can handle the chopping of this throwing axe well. But with 1075 carbon, you always have to be careful with rust. Salts, acids and moisture will certainly leave 1075 to rust. Our tip: after use, just clean it and add a few drops of oil now and then . You'll enjoy it for years to come.

 The handle on the Condor double bit throwing axe is wrapped in paracord, for extra grip and comfort. The axe comes with a sturdy canvas protective cover. On top of the protective cover you will find a sturdy leather loop. As such you can, for instance, easily hang the whole from your belt. The protective cover is handy, but also very safe.
